Burbot Fillets

Burbot, AKA: Mariah, Freshwater Cod, Eel pout, Poor Man's Lobster.  This is one very underrated fish caught in many of Canada's freshwater lakes.  The taste and texture is comparable to lobster, hence "Poor Man's Lobster".

Sold in 1 pound vacuum-sealed packages.

We deliver our high quality freshwater fish every Monday and Tuesday. Orders placed during those days will be prepared for delivery the following Monday and Tuesday. Prior to delivery, you will receive a notification with a delivery time window. Your order will be left on the front steps or in the front porch, unless we are instructed otherwise.

We strongly recommend that you leave a large cooler, or large insulated container with ice or cold packs for us to place your fish inside when we arrive. All fish will arrive frozen, with the exception of smoked fish, which will arrive fresh.
